Container Garden

Space a problem? Container gardens are a great way to enhance your patio, entryway or deck.

Old boots, discarded wheelbarrows, abandoned bathtubs … virtually anything can be a container in a container garden! (Of course plain old pots work well, too.) Just choose from the list of annual below, available at your local Meijer store, and get creative! Remember to use potting material (not topsoil), include proper fertilizer, and allow for good drainage. Then put your containers anywhere they can get five hours of sun and watch them flourish!
