Grilled Pizza

Directions
1. Coat a small nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place of medium-high heat until hot.
2. Add tomato and sauté 2 minutes. Add milk. Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in garlic powder. Set aside.
3. Roll dough to a 12 inch square on a large piece of aluminum foil. Lightly spray dough with vegetable spray.
4. Coat grill rack with cooking spray. Place on grill over medium-hot coals.
5. Place dough, sprayed side down, on rack and cook 2-3 minutes or until top of dough is slightly set and bottom is lightly browned. Pierce bubbles with a fork.
6. Lightly spray top of dough with cooking spray; turn dough over, and spread with tomato mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Cook 3-5 minutes or until bottom is browned and cheese melts.
7. Serve immediately.
