Ancho Chili Rub

Dry peppers in oven or in dehydrator. Put them in blender, coffee/spice grinder along with other ingredients. Taa daa, you have a delicious rub.

Store in a glass jar.

4 Fiesta Flavor™ Ancho Chili Peppers, stems and seeds removed, dried
2 tsp. white peppercorns (whole)
1 tsp. black peppercorns (whole)
½ tsp. celery salt seed
3 ½ Tsp cumin seed
1 tsp. Fresh Flavor™ Thyme (dried)
1 sm. bay leaf (dried)
1 tsp. annato seeds
1 ½ tsp. salt
