Straight from Louisiana, this rub works well on fish, shrimp and chicken. Sprinkle on meat and let marinate for about an hour to lock-in the spicy cajun flavor.

Cajun Rub

Combine all ingredients in grinder and process until finely ground. Store unused portion in a sealed container, in freezer.

1 tbs Paprika
5 Fresh Flavor™ Cayenne Peppers, stems and seeds removed, dried
1 tsp. Fresh Flavor™ dried thyme
1 tsp. Fresh Flavor™ dried oregano
1 bay leaf, stem removed
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ground black pepper
¼ tsp. ground white pepper
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. ground allspice
