Who makes the adjustments, the Garden Center personnel or the Merchandiser?

Garden Center personnel. Merchandiser can call in but, no adjustments will be made until Garden Center personnel calls in the confirmation.

If I have too much stock, can I adjust my next shipment?

Any adjustments must come from store personnel or sanctioned.
